Another Martha Stewart post. Go figure I had to wait till I was a lil old lady and turn into MS!
So I got a small juicer cause mine took like 6 hours to clean and I am not about that life! (more to follow about my juicer I am sure…). I kept getting leftover pulp so I asked on Twitter for suggestions on what to do with it (where else you get recipes?? lol) anyway, I got a recipe for Carrot muffins. I tried it and holy crap those are soooo good!
Ok ok they don’t look like muffins cause I only had a holy shape thingy so they have a hole ah! but you know what I mean! Where does the pulp go to die. SO GOOD!
