I’ll turn anything into jam!

I eat toast and jam for dinner a lot, cause I am lazy, and cause it’s freaking yummylicious! And after making those little crostatas (twice!), I was out of my blueberry jam…so here comes the strawberry! I don’t really follow a recipe anymore, I just try to make them without pectin, the easy way…and I am still falling for the “too much sugar” trap, I could do with a lot less, especially as I am making very little batches and I don’t need to preserve them for that long.
This time I made strawberry and, as I had a mango lying around, a strawberry mango one.
Well, tbh either the mango needs a different method, or it’s not the best fruit to jam. I was gonna make one just mango, but the fruit didn’t really break down…(that’s why you should follow the recipe?? ah!), so I just mixed it with the leftover strawberries, and boom! it worked! As the mango was still chunky, the whole thing is chunky, but it’s still freaking awesome!
I ordered smaller jars cause…well…yeah!
