The Flour

As I am in baking mode, I may as well go all out and make my own flour. Oat Flour, to be specific. I need to get used to the doses, as it works a lil different from the regular all purpose flour, but it definitely makes sense, for me at least. More fibers, more proteins…I take all the help I can get when I wanna binge eat cookies. And yes, I know, you can buy Oat Flour, but I had oats, and…what fun is it to buy stuff when you can make it?! 🙂
